I'm Tomáš Hercig — an engineer of systems and a guide for personal transformation. By day, I design complex data architectures. By night and on weekends, I lead men out of the work grind and into authentic sharing circles, deep rituals, and life-changing retreats.
As a husband and father of three, my family is the anchor. They remind me daily that real consciousness isn't found on a quiet mountaintop, but in how we show up, listen, and stay present in everyday life.
